Grant Streams - Executive Vice President of Brokerage

A proud Huntsville, Alabama native, Grant Streams has built his career on a passion for service, leadership, and helping families find their place in North Alabama. After graduating from Auburn University in 2012 with a degree in Finance, Grant began his professional journey at Weichert Realtors - The Space Place and later spent two years working in banking and finance at Wells Fargo while living in Charlottesville, Virginia during his wife's Pharmacy residency, but he continued to maintain his real estate business in Huntsville during this time. His strong financial foundation and client-focused approach quickly transitioned into a thriving career in real estate—one that has spanned more than 13 years.

Grant began as a Sales Associate in 2012 and spent the next eight years serving clients with unmatched dedication before earning the role of Associate Broker in 2020. In 2025, he stepped into his current position as Executive Vice President of Brokerage, where he helps lead, mentor, and elevate agents and brokers across the company while continuing to serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.

A Certified Relocation Specialist, Grant has guided hundreds of families through their moves—whether across town or across the country—ensuring a smooth, informed, and confident experience every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Grant is a devoted husband to his wife, Elizabeth, and a proud dad to two daughters, Emily (6) and Kate (3). His deep roots in Huntsville and commitment to his community shape everything he does, both personally and professionally.
