저는 헌츠빌(Huntsville), 매디슨(Madison)을 비롯한 북알라바마 지역에서 활동하는 한국어·영어 이중언어 REALTOR®입니다. Weichert, Realtors® – The Space Place 소속으로, 북알라바마에서 주택 구매와 판매는 물론 Huntsville 또는 Madison 지역으로 이주를 계획하시는 분들을 돕고 있습니다.

집을 사고파는 일은 단순한 부동산 거래가 아니라 새로운 생활을 시작하는 중요한 과정이라고 생각합니다. 특히 다른 지역이나 타주에서 헌츠빌·매디슨으로 이주(Relocation) 하는 경우에는 집뿐만 아니라 지역의 특성과 생활환경, 통근 거리 등 여러 요소를 함께 고려해야 합니다. 고객이 충분한 정보를 바탕으로 자신에게 맞는 선택을 할 수 있도록 주택 검색부터 계약, 협상, 클로징까지 전 과정을 세심하게 안내해 드립니다.

저는 Rutgers University에서 사회복지학 학사(BASW)와 석사(MSW) 학위를 취득한 후 뉴욕에서 임상 사회복지사와 케이스 매니저로 근무했으며, 이후 세일즈 분야에서도 경험을 쌓았습니다. 이러한 경험을 통해 사람의 이야기를 잘 듣고, 복잡한 상황에서도 필요한 정보를 정리하여 명확하게 소통하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지 배웠습니다.

또한 여러 주와 도시에서 직접 거주하고 이사해 본 경험이 있어 새로운 지역으로 이동할 때 생기는 기대와 고민을 잘 이해하고 있습니다. 현재는 가족과 함께 북알라바마에 거주하며 Huntsville과 Madison을 중심으로 지역사회와 함께 생활하고 있습니다.
